time, I will now try to update some levels and stuff (I still have lots
of stuff to add on my hard disk) from time to time. I also have got a

11/21/2007: Just a message that I haven't disappeared, but
have not much time to maintain this site. In a few weeks I will start
rebuilding this site in TWiki, which works like Wikipedia.
Then I will dump all my stuff in a protected area and you are then free
to expand my site and also add your own things. Of course, you still
need my approval, because otherwise it will become a mess if hateful
people start to turn my site topsy-turvy. I will try to keep the
lay-out as close to the current lay-out as possible. Keep "tuned"!
09/03/2007: Someone contacted me with a question which I
cannot answer. He is from the Netherlands and has bought a Super
Boulder Dash disk. On side 1 there is Boulder Dash I and on side 2
there is Boulder Dash II.Loading goes well at first, but then it keeps
loading at the EA logo. He has already asked for and received a
substitute, but the problem remains. Now, what could have to do with
this? Is it because of the difference between the USA and Europe, which
may have different disks? Or has it got to do with NTSC or PAL? Will
you please contact me if you can help him a bit? Thanks in advance!

07/17/2006: Rocks 'n' Diamonds 3.2.0 has been released!
This new version included the new Emerald Mine engine! It is available
for Windows (installer and plain ZIP), Unix and Mac OS X / PPC. And the
following versions are also new: Rocks 'n' Diamonds 3.1.2 (BeOS R5),
Rocks 'n' Diamonds 3.1.1 (MorphOS / PPC), Rocks 'n' Diamonds 3.1.0
(AmigaOS 4.0 / PPC) and Rocks 'n' Diamonds 3.0.8 (OS/2 + XFree/2).
Download all these new things from the own page of Rocks 'n' Diamonds and
have a look at the homepage of Rocks 'n' Diamonds to
see what exactly is new, compared to the previous version.

(Cascading
Style Sheet) file like the rest of this website. This is not an
important change for you, for you won't see any difference. But it's
news and therefore I decided to write it down here!
07/15/2006: The platforms which are mentioned
in the game
information of the clones (on the pages with clone listings) now
contain hyperlinks to pages on my site! For example, if it's concerning
a freeware Windows clone and the game infomation says that the game has
been designed for the MS DOS and the Windows platform, the word 'MS
DOS' links to the Freeware MS DOS Clones page and the word 'Windows'
links to the Freeware Windows Clones page.

07/13/2006: No shocking news today: I removed
the game author's e-mail
addresses from the game listings pages for privacy reasons. If you have
questions about the games, just mail me in the future. And I can also
eventually give you the e-mail address of the author you want to
contact. I would also like to tell you that the release of the classic
Boulder Dash page (with really thousands of levels to download...) I'm
currently working at, is coming closer and closer to its release! Stay
tuned!

05/10/2006: Here is a little remark. I'm
currently working on the
classic Boulder Dash page with a huge list of downloads for the classic
Boulder Dash (for the Commodore 64, Atari ST, etc.). But this takes
some time. And I still have some things to upload soon. So please check
this website regularly, I will try to get the work finished as soon as
possible! And the result is promising!

03/01/2006: Great news! The whole site has
been recreated, now using a
very good and structured source code! Instead of a chaotic HTML code,
the site now uses a CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) file in which all the
layout rules are stored. Also, the site itself looks better: look
around and you will find out that some new sparkling things have been
added! Many thanks to Francesco who made this possible (as I didn't
have enough knowledge of HTML and CSS files to do this all myself)! And
also thanks to Tomi Belan, who made the first steps (by providing
pieces of code) towards the current result! They are both members of
the Rocks
'n' Diamonds forum. And now the time is ripe for going on
with the development of this site!

01/31/2006: Rocks 'n' Diamonds news: the
levelset 'Combos' from
Additional Player Levels has been removed, because there is now an
update with another name of it available, called 'Master-Rocks'. The
tutorial for Custom Element creation has also been updated (find it in
the Documentation section). Also, there is now a (limited) Rocks 'n'
Diamonds version for the PalmOS and PocketPC (called 'RoNDi')
available. There is also a new link to the homepage of the PalmOS and
PocketPC version. See and download this all on the Rocks 'n' Diamonds
page!

Diamonds players! The levelset
'Hard Skills' from the Additional Player Levels section on the Rocks
'n' Diamonds page has been updated with two new levels. There are also
two new levelsets in this section: 'Bug Hunter' (one level) and Trucky
Cargos v0.1 (six levels). Further, there are four new examples:
'Emerald Factory (Easy)', 'Gun Turret', 'Moving Elements' and
'Multifloor Maze'. And in the Documentation section, there is a nice
course to learn making CE's available. It's called 'CE's Walkaround'.
And last, there are some new graphics for Rocks 'n' Diamonds: 'Adrian's
Graphics'. Go to the Rocks
